新普科技董事長宋福祥日前批評，政府只重視5大創新產業，卻忽視電子業。對此，財金文化董事長謝金河在臉書發文表示，過去半世紀以來，靠政府扶持的企業，有哪一家茁壯的？面對無窮無盡的競爭，「企業只能靠自己，靠政府是沒辦法的。」
謝金河指出，近年來，兩岸企業已從互補走向競爭，許多台灣企業不支倒地，有的破產、倒閉；有的拼不贏別人，只好賣掉。
謝金河說，其他不想坐以待斃的企業，則努力轉型，例如以往完全靠PC的組件廠，逐漸在車電產業找到出路，很多過去殺得昏天暗地的中小尺寸面板，也在車載系統找到出路。
謝金河強調，「宋董，靠政府不如靠自己！」面對無窮無盡的競爭，「企業只能靠自己，靠政府是沒辦法的。」
